How does the 14-day free trial work?

When you start a trial, you get full Pro access for 14 days at no charge. Your subscription begins automatically after the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.

What are the free tier limits?

Free users get 3 Point & Fix scans per month, 5 AI searches per month, and 1 AR preview per day. Pro users get unlimited access to everything.

How do I restore a previous purchase?

Open Filament 3D, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchase. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Why isn't Point & Fix finding a replacement part?

For best results, place the broken part on a flat, contrasting surface in good lighting and fill the camera frame with the object. Complex mechanical parts with very tight tolerances may not have exact matches in the model databases we search.

Is my data private?

Yes. See our Privacy Policy for full details. Your personal data is stored in iCloud and is never sold to third parties.
